A full day of education, connection, and knowledge exchange with other Project Professionals in Maine.

Registration closes on Sunday, October 11th. Don't miss this opportunity!  Info packets including a full agenda will be sent to attendees on Monday, 10/12.

Setting aside your day-to-day responsibilities can be a challenge, so block your calendar now and join us for this year's PDD. You'll take away practical skills learned from fellow PMs, actionable insights to highlight and communicate your unique professional value, 5 PDUs towards certification renewals, and more.

Join us at Pineland Farms in New Gloucester, which is less than an hour's drive from Central or Southern Maine. Check-in begins at 8am with events running from 9am – 4pm. A light breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided by Black Tie Catering.

Personal Branding Strategies for Project Management Professionals
Featuring Leo Waterston

This year's keynote takes on a skill most PMs never get around to: managing their own professional narrative. It's a working session, not a lecture. You'll leave with a "tell me about yourself" statement that showcases your key skills, a networking action plan, and clear takeaways to highlight your accomplishments and strengthen your LinkedIn presence. Whether you're looking to advance in your current field, change to a new one, or transition to retirement, you'll find value in this workshop.

Human Skills in an AI World
Featuring Abigail A. Flower, Ph.D.

This session tackles the fine line between AI leverage and AI overreliance in Project Management. Abby will leverage her extensive background in Data Science and Machine Learning to walk us through how large language models work under the hood and why top organizations are learning that human oversight is more vital than ever. You'll leave with a balanced perspective on how you can use AI in your day-to-day while preserving and elevating your most valuable assets: judgement, critical thinking, and connection.

Our PMI Maine Network is full of people worth knowing. We'll help you meet them.

Learn from fellow PMs at our Expertise Tables.
We already have 11 volunteers, who will be sharing their best practices in a variety of topics from Risk Management to Lessons Learned. Our Table Experts will facilitate informal conversations in these 20-minute round table discussions, where you'll have an opportunity to share best practices with your peers. We're still looking for Table Experts! Fill out our quick form here: Table Expert Volunteer Form

Networking games with an opportunity to exchange digital business cards.
Remember everyone you meet, not just the good conversations.

If you still need a reason to register, the day will also bring...
- Updates from your Board of Directors and opportunities to shape the future of our organization with your feedback
- Gift bags and raffle prizes
- Member recognition
- Meet our sponsors

We are still seeking general event volunteers. If you are interested, contact Kris at [email protected].
